Talented St Francis College pupils chalked up top marks in the recent Trinity College London music examinations – a tough international challenge with a minimum of 60% required to pass.
The school scooped four distinctions and six merits in piano, singing and theory, said school music teacher Natasha Brown.
“The demand for music has grown so much that I have now had to open a music school, offering piano, guitar, vocal, drums and violin. There are such talented kids in our town.”
The college pupils had worked very hard and “the results speak for themselves.”
